The old hollow oak tree at the corner of our lot fell into the street from hurricane Helene. Before the road crews took it away, I cut off this beautiful spiral grained burl. I eventually decided on a bowl, and took on my first epoxy resin project. This bowl is a one of a kind with amazing swirling grain patterns.
