Florida Waves
This piece is made from a log of Florida Mahogany retrieved from the wreckage of hurricane Helene.
Most of this vase is turned on the lathe, but the wavy top is all hand shaped and carved. The carving process takes more time than the lathe work. It stands 21” high with a 7.5” diameter There’s a 3” bore, 18” deep
