Made of Jucaro wood which is very dense. It measures 5.75” x 5.75” with a 5.5” opening that is 4.75” deep and weighs 3.58 pounds. It has a smooth finish that feels more like rock than wood . This could be used as a planter with a plastic insert , as a large vase, or as a decorative/functional space for skeins of yarn, etc.
